S-1616-L

S-1616-L a water and grease resistant barrier coating.  It is designed to provide a flexible, printable and adhesive surface to a variety of substrates.  It possesses excellent cobb and water hold out and offers a good grease/oil barrier when a uniform film is achieved.

S-1616-L meets FDA requirements:
21 CFR 176.180 – No limitation
21 CFR 175.300 – No limitation
21 CFR 176.170 – For use only in contact with foods of Types IV-A, V, and VII in table 1 of paragraph (c) of this section, under use conditions E through G in table 2 of paragraph (c), and with foods of Types VIII and IX without use temperature restriction
