Eric comes to us with over 10 years of sales and technical experience augmented by his degree in Chemistry.  He is a native of Southern California and will fill a vital role for us in the geography.  “I think I am most excited about Eric’s level of enthusiasm and his strong desire to get started working with the customers,” said Steve Graney, VP of Sales.   “Eric’s high energy and technical expertise along with the tenure of Jim Steinert, our West Coast Business Manager is a winning combination.  It will allow us to truly strengthen our west coast presence which is a strategic priority for the company.”

Dwayne has been working in the industry for the past 26 years and has been specializing in energy curable coatings, inks and Adhesives/Sealants since 2004.    His tenure and expertise align with Peninsula’s strategy to ensure the most technically adept sales representation for customers and supplier partners.  “Dwayne’s leadership with UV technologies will help us focus and grow this product line,” said Steve Graney, Vice President of Sales. “We are excited to have him as an instant contributor to our sales team.”
