Leawood, KS, May 1, 2018 – Peninsula Polymers, the North American leader in specialty chemical distribution purchased the assets of Matteson – Ridolfi, Inc, headquartered outside of Detroit, Michigan.   Operating since 1932, Matteson – Ridolfi serves customers in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and Delaware.

“We could not be more excited about the strategic nature and timing of this move,” said Ken Moran, President.   “We hit the ground running in 2018 with our recent purchase of Deeks in the SE United States; Matteson – Ridolfi allows us to continue that momentum with additional product lines and in additional geographies where we have been focused on growing and strengthening our position.    Like our prior acquisitions, the history and mission of Matteson – Ridolfi is exemplary and aligns perfectly with our core values at Peninsula.”

Reacciones has a state of the art technical facility that is staffed by over 30 lab personnel.  “We see our testing abilities as a key component of a total product offering and have seen our customers advance technologically as a result.  We are proud to share our cutting-edge technology with Peninsula’s North American coatings customer base,” said Patricio Cueva, CEO.
