Encor® 413

ENCOR® 413 latex is an acrylic emulsion polymer specifically developed for use in the polymer modification of portland cement and other hydraulic cement compositions. Cementitiious products modified with ENCOR® 413 latex show improved bond strength to a variety of substrates, including concrete and masonry, wood, and insulating foams. In addition, ENCOR® 413 latex improves the flexural and tensile strengths of hydraulic cement concretes. This multicomponent acrylic polymer resists saponification and demonstrates good exterior durability with resistance to UV light and moisture.
